A four-bedroom compound at the eastern end of the Coachella Valley, half an hour from downtown Palm Springs. A main house and a separate casita share one lot around a pool first built in 1960, with mature palms, two firepit lounges, and a three-hole mini-golf course tucked behind the hedge.
